HEPHZIBAH, Ga. - Mr. Franklin Brown, of Dunson Drive, entered into rest on Sunday, April 19, 2009 at his residence. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2009 at 1 p.m. at Belle Terrace Presbyterian Church, USA, with Rev. Melvin G. Lowry officiating. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park with full military honors. Mr. Brown's remains will lie in state at the church from 12 noon until the hour of service.
