SYLVANIA, Ga. - Inman 'Cooter' Miller, 67, died Sunday morning at his residence. Survivors include wife, Rebecca Miller; and other family. Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at 3 p.m. in the Screven Chapel of Joiner Anderson Funeral Home with visitation two hours prior to the service. Joiner-Anderson Funeral Home Screven Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
