Betty Miller (HARLEM, Ga.)

HARLEM, Ga. - Mrs. Betty Miller, 68, wife of the late Mr. Robert Miller, entered into rest Wednesday, April 15, 2009, at Heartland Hospice. Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM, on Friday, April 17, 2009, in the South Harlem Memorial Gardens, Harlem, Ga., with the Reverends Terry Newsome and Randall Whitaker officiating. Mrs. Miller was born in Kingsport, Tennessee to the late Paul and Ida Whitaker. She was a member of the Greater Augusta Apostolic Church. Mrs. Miller (Great-Grandma Lady) enjoyed her family and was an avid camper. Survivors include one son, Rev. Randall (Linda) Whitaker, Grovetown; one daughter, Joyce (Reggie) Sharpton, Evans; one brother, Frank Whitaker, Tennessee; one sister Barbara Smith, Tennessee; four grandchildren, Robert Sharpton, Jeff (Shari) Sharpton, Steve Whitaker and Stephanie Whitaker; two great-grandchildren, Abigail Sharpton and Christian Ally Marie Vinston.
