HEPHZIBAH, Ga. - Willie E. Rooks entered into rest on Monday, April 6, 2009, at his residence. He proudly served in the United States Army for 21 years. Willie was also employed by Thermal Ceram- ics for 15 years. He leaves fond loving memories with his wife, Jackey Rooks; children, Brittany Rooks, Courtney Rooks, Christopher Rogers, and La'Tanya Rogers-Sam; three grandchildren, sisters, Doris Brown, Julia Atkins, Lula Atkins, and Lillian Rooks; Mother-in-Law, Christine James; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be 11:00a.m., Tuesday, April 14, 2009, at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, 1260 Wrightsboro Road with Pastor Clyde Hill officiating. The family will receive friends Monday, April 13, 2009, from 6p.m. until 8p.m. at Kinsey & Walton Funeral Home, 3618 Peach Orchard Road, (706)790-8858.
