AUGUSTA - Jessica Aubrey Russell and David James Russell of Augusta are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Emma Aubrey Russell, born March 9, 2009 at University Hospital in Augusta. She made her debut at 4:52 p.m., weighed 8lbs 3 oz and was 20 × inches long. Proud grandparents are Roger and Margaret Hyder of Evans, Ga. and Ricki and Suzie Russell of Appling, Ga.
