SPARTA, Ga. - Mr. Rogers Brown, 60, of 151 Soulville Circle, Sparta, Ga., died April 2, 2009 in Madison, Ga. He leaves to cherish his memories: a wife, Dorothy Brown of Sparta, Ga.; four daughters, Daphne Brown Farley of Sparta, Ga., D'Qilla Brown Huff of Atlanta, Ga., Kimberly Brown Coats of Milledgeville, Ga., and Tequilla Cummings of Sparta, Ga.; four brothers, Melvin Worthen, Johnny Glenn Worthen, Willie James Worthen, and Willie Joseph Worthen, all of Sparta, Ga.; four sisters, Fannie Primus, Inez Hampton, Betty Wheeler, and Patricia Clayton, all of Sparta, Ga.; four grandchildren. Services will be held Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at Jones Chapel AME Church at 1 p.m. with burial in Walls Cemetery, Rev. Benjamin Ridley officiating.
