JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - "Bonnie" Chapline, 85, of Jacksonville, Fl passed away April 4, 2009 at Trinity Hospital, Augusta, GA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lyle Delauder Chapline, Jr. She was a lifelong resident of Jacksonville, Fl, a graduate of Lee High School, and a retired nurse from Wesley Manor. She was a charter member of Mandarin Presbyterian Church. Bonnie's life was devoted to her husband and family. She is survived by a daughter, Andrea Chapline Butt, a son-in-law, Nixon Butt, a son, Michael Chapline, daughter- in-law, Ginia Chapline; her grandchildren, Adair Butt Smith and her husband, Tyler Smith, Dr. Allison Butt, Abigail Butt, Jonathan Chapline, and Warren Chapline. She is also survived by two great-grandsons, Conrad & Coleman Smith, and a sister, Juanita Davis. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2009 at 2 pm in Oak Lawn Cemetery, (Jacksonville, FL) with the Rev. Kevin Pound officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at Mandarin Presbyterian Church.
