SANDERSVILLE, Ga. - Mrs. Nellie Phillips Osborne, age 68, of 220 Waco Drive in Sandersville, died Thursday morning, April 2. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 4, in the Kendall Heights Church of God. The Rev. Bobby Williford will officiate with burial in the Zeta Cemetery in Tennille. Survivors are her two daughters, Karen (Nick) Sellars of Martinez and Deborah (Vince) Robinson of Deepstep; four stepchildren, Susie Waters of Tennille, Myrtie Rentz of Augusta, Anita Baker of Milledgeville, and Walter C. Osborne, Jr. of Tennille; four grandchildren, Nickie Hood, Kelly Hood, Eli Robinson, and Destiny Faith Robinson; a great-grandson, Bryce Hood; a very dear friend, Ray Waters; four brothers, Bobby Phillips of Fair Hope, Ala., Wyman Phillips of Grovetown, David Phillips of Sandersville, and Glenn Phillips of Tennille. The family will receive friends at May and Smith Funeral Home in Sandersville from 6 until 8 p.m. on Friday evening.
