Survivors are two sisters, Angie (Jerry) Spalding, Augusta and Audrey Thompson, Queens, N.Y.; one brother, David Thompson, Harriman, N.Y; niece, Christina Spalding, Maryland; two nephews, Shawn Thompson, Queens, N.Y., and Joshua Spalding, Augusta; a host of other relatives and friends.
