AIKEN, S.C. - Mr. Charles W. Cole, 65, of Aiken, SC, formerly of Georgetown, IL, passed away Friday, March 20th, 2009, at University Hospital, Augusta, GA, after a long courageous battle with leukemia. Family members include his wife of twenty-three years, Sara Cole, son, Gregory Cole, North Augusta, SC; daughter, Erin Cole, North Augusta, SC; step-son, Kyle Pulliam, (Debbie) Evans, GA; step- daughter, Leisa Ondrejik, (Joe) Round Rock, TX; grandchildren, Steven Pulliam and Kelly Pulliam, Evans, GA, Joey Ondrejik and Andrew Ondrejik, Round Rock, TX; sister-in-law, Carolyn Mitchell, Indianapolis, IN; mother-in-law, Garnett Gadau, Sumner, IL; and several cousins. It has been suggested, that if so desired, memorials be made to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Donor Services, P.O. Box 4072. Pittsfield, MA 01202. As per his wishes Charles was cremated and a Celebration of Life Service will be held Sunday, March 29th, 2009, at 3 o'clock at Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Langley, SC, with Rev. Alan Faulkner officiating. Additional funeral services will be held Friday, April 3rd, 2009, at 4 o'clock from the graveside in Fairview Cemetery, Sidell, IL. The family will greet friends immediately following the service on Sunday, March 29th, 2009, at Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service, U.S. Hwy. #1, Langley, SC.
