CLEARWATER, S.C. - Mrs. Glenda Williams Wise, 61, of Clearwater, S.C., beloved wife of thirteen years to Billy Wise, Jr., and daughter of Velma Redd Williams, Bath, S.C., and the late Paul Williams, died Thursday, March 19th, 2009. Born in and a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S.C., she was a Weaver with Sibley Mill prior to her health declining. She attended Bath Pentecostal Holiness Church. Glenda enjoyed planting flowers and loved her family and her animals. In addition to her husband and mother, family members include children, Larry Coleman, (Charlene) Warrenville, S.C., Barry Coleman, (Nadia) Clearwater, S.C., Derrick Coleman, (Laurie) Clearwater, S.C., and Jason Wise, (Ashley) Augusta, Ga.; siblings, Janice King, (Steve) Abbeville, S.C., Sandra Godwin, (Butch) North Augusta, S.C., and the late Paul Finley Williams; and grandchildren, Jonathan Coleman, Alec Coleman, Zack Coleman, Damien Wise, Jessie Wise, and Jordan Wise. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, March 21st, 2009, at 2 o'clock at Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Langley, S.C., with Pastor Bill Branch officiating. Interment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Bath, S.C. Pallbearers will be Brandon Kelly, Casey Kelly, Josh Weathers, Jonathan Weathers, Brett Godwin, Bobby Williams and Heath Williams. It has been suggested, that if so desired, memorials be made to the Aiken S.P.C.A. Friends may call at the home of Velma Redd Williams.
