NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Funeral services for Mrs. Charlotte Parker Lowe, beloved wife of the late Mr. Earl Rogers Lowe of Country Club Hills Drive, North Augusta, S.C., who entered into rest March 16, 2009, will be conducted this Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the Posey Funeral Chapel. Dr. James C. Adams and Dr. T. Joseph Lusk officiating. Interment in Pineview Memorial Park.
