Jack Lamar Lacey (NICHOLSON, Ga.)

NICHOLSON, Ga. - Jack Lamar Lacey, age 75, of Nicholson, GA died Monday, March 16, 2009 at his residence. Mr. Lacey was born in Jackson County, GA to the late, Roy and Helen Tucker Lacey. He was a member of Nicholson Baptist Church. Mr. Lacey was retired from Georgia Power with over forty five years of service in the Augusta area. He retired as Safety and Health Advisor. Mr. Lacey is survived by his wife of forty eight years, Peggy Pritchett Lacey of Nicholson; son, Britt Lacey of Athens; son and daughter-in-law, Darron and Cindy Lacey of Peachtree City; brothers, Mike and Colie Lacey both of Commerce; sister, Linda Hiland of Maysville; granddaughter, Camille Lacey and grandson, Skyler Lacey both of Peachtree City. Funeral services will be at 2 PM, Wednesday, March 18 at the Nicholson Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery.
