AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Dorothy G. Briscoe, wife of the late Rufus J. Briscoe, Sr., entered into rest on Tuesday, March 10, 2008 at Trinity Hospital. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 16, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Ebenezer Seventh Day Adventist Church with Pastor Ronald J. Wright, Sr. and Elder Clinton Jones officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Olive Memorial Garden. Mrs. Briscoe will lie in state at the church from 10 a.m. until the hour of service. Williams Funeral Home, 2945 Old Tobacco Road, Hephzibah, Ga.
