Marion Moyer Woodward (KINGWOOD, Texas)

KINGWOOD, Texas - Entered into eternal rest on Friday, March 13, 2009, Ms. Marion Moyer Woodward, age 90 of Kingwood, Texas formerly of Graniteville, S.C., widow of the late Henry Alva Woodward, Sr. and daughter of the late Ollie E. Moyer and the late Etta Viola Martin. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Alva and Patsy Woodward of Belvedere, S.C. and a daughter and son-in-law, Margie and Jim Frey of Kingwood, Texas; grandchildren, Glenn Woodward, Belvedere, S.C., Julie Frey Sibley, Albuquerque, N.M. and Martin Frey, Libertyville, Illinois and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by an infant son, Edward Franklin Woodward. She was born in and lived most of her life in Graniteville, S.C. prior to moving to Texas to live with her daughter in 2003. She was retired from the Main Office at Graniteville Company. She was a member of the Graniteville First Baptist Church from birth. A celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the Graniteville First Baptist Church. The interment will follow at the Graniteville Cemetery. Men of the church will serve as pallbearers and Honorary pallbearers will be Deacons and former Deacons.
