MARIETTA, Ga. - Mrs. Pauline Mills Lowery, of Roosevelt Circle NE, entered into rest Sunday, March 8, 2009 at Kindred Hospital in Atlanta, Ga. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 14, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Stone Springfield A.M.E. Church, Stapleton, Ga. with Rev. Ethan officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. She was a native of Jefferson County, Ga., a member of Turner Chapel A.M.E. Church, and President of Ace Special Tours, Marietta, Ga. Survivors are one son, Phillip Lowery, Marietta, Ga.; three sisters, Dorothy (Prince) Burley, Augusta, Frances Cartwright, Weston, Conn., Virginia Davis, Tampa, Fla.; three brothers, Ernest (Mattie) Lowery, Augusta, Robert Lowery, York, S.C., and Thomas (Mae) Lowery, Augusta; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
