Clifford D. Minter (AUGUSTA, Ga.)

AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest March 5, 2009, at his residence, Mr. Clifford D. Minter, Sr., husband of Mrs. Helen Peacock Minter. A memorial service will be held Monday, March 9, 2009, at 2 p.m., at Martinez Baptist Church with Rev. Phillip Winset officiating. Mr. Minter was born in Logansport, Ind., and was a member of Martinez Baptist Church. He served with honor in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. Survivors include: wife, Helen Minter, Augusta; sons, Dale Joseph Minter, Augusta, Clifford D. Minter, Jr., Ind.; daughters, Tamarra Sue Minter, Harlem, Ga., Gail Jean Minter, Ind.; sister, Sandra Williams, Ind.; grandchildren, Zack, Brad, Clifford III.
