AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Effie L. McCain of Harper-Franklin Ave., entered into rest on Friday, March 6, 2009, at Doctors Hospital. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Survivors are her husband, Samuel W. McCain; one daughter, Rochelle Morrow, Columbia, SC; two granddaughters, Tiffany L.
