WASHINGTON, Ga. - Mr. Frank Blackburn, 75, of Metasville Rd. in Washington, died Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at University Hospital. Funeral services will be Saturday, March 7, 2009 at 2 p.m. at the Rehoboth Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Rayner officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6-8 at Hopkins Funeral Home.
