WILLISTON, S.C. - Funeral services for Dorothy Keel Owens, 89, of Williston, will be held three p.m., Friday, March 6 at Elko Baptist Church with burial in the Blackville Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from two p.m. until the time of service in the Elko Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. Mrs. Owens entered her eternal home in heaven on Wednesday, March 4, 2009.
