I am fully convinced that Lowell Greenbaum ("Republicans are daft to reject money," Feb. 25) has a bevy of gullible, mentally challenged individuals working for him to make sure each and every day we have to endure some type of Democratic drivel on the opinion page in the newspaper, in their never-ending quest to pull the wool over the collective CSRA's eyes.
Knowing the insidious and underhanded way the Democrats work, this is probably also going on in every one-horse burg and two-cab town to be found across the United States. Fortunately for some of us, we are able to recognize propaganda when we read, see or hear it, so this presents nothing more than a few laughs for us over our morning joe.
But you know, you should provide a primer for those who are unable to comprehend that the Democrats (a.k.a. the Keystone Kops) are trying to do all they can to divert the American public's eye from the fact that they are little more than socialist thieves who plan on selling this country out to the first highest bidder. Just look at it as doing your patriotic duty.

I love the Dems move to make all medical records electronic yet they resisted the same for illegals to prove their status to work. Something extremely hypocritical and fishy about that. I can't wait for Obama to veto the omnibus bill because of all the earmarks he said he would go through line by line-oops he must be developing amnesia because that will never happen.

In case Cindy just woke from a coma with her mouth running but her brain shut down, the country went over the cliff of economic ruin this past fall. While Democrats can share some blame for pushing to increase home lending, a conservative Republican administration was totally in charge for six of the past eight years and effectively in charge (through veto power) for all eight. And did they take action to correct the excesses or did their financial support depend on minimizing regulation while mortgage brokers, banks, real estate agencies, insurance companies and the rest gorged themselves on the easy money. Or was their focus on pandering to the far right's agenda? The bubble might have started before Bush, but it grew to break the country on his watch.

Cyndy Myers is just another usful idiot of the conservative big money interests. Just like Rick Santelli and the Tea Party movement, she is a dupe of the top one percent who wish to preserve thier place as the nation's elite rulers by protecting themselves from any positive reforms in Obama's stimulus. They are shrewdly making such phoney movements appear that they arose fom the grassroots, when in fact they are completely staged by conservative backers such as the Koch family. When Santelli made his supposedly spontaneous call for a revolt, the move had in fact been put in place months before by the big money interests. Insidious and underhanded doesn't begin to describe the way these Repukes are out to wreck Obam's attempt to fix the economy. They pretend to be populists with the common man's best interests at heart, and people like Myers fall for it hook, line and sinker. The drivel about socialist theives is getting awfully tired, and it's all they can come up with. That and unwittingly working against their own interests. The powerful care not a wit about Myers, or this country. They have idiots like Myers do their legwork while blaming Dems for all the country's ills.
Pill head rush? Wow, I really don't like him either, but I bet he pays his taxes. That could raise tax revenues, Obama just getting all his people to pay their back taxes....
