AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Eula Lee Utley Griffin, wife of the late Herrington Griffin, Sr., entered on Friday, February 13, 2009 at her residence of her daughter. She leaves to cherish her memories: daughter, Karen (Edwin) Wilson; sons, Herrington (Veronica) Griffin, Jr., of Oxon Hill, Md., Claude (Brenda) Griffin of Lithonia, Ga., Dale (Mary) Griffin of Layton, Utah; eighteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; brothers, George (Leatrice) Utley, Jr., Rush (Ellen) Utley, Marshall (Julia) Utley, Reverend Charles (Brenda) Utley; sisters, Ruthie Lee Morris, Alma (Henry) Galmon; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and loving friends Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, February 20, 2009 at Bottsford Spring Baptist Church, 2154 Seven Oaks Rd., Waynesboro, Ga., with Reverend General Jennings officiating.
