Gregory 'Greg' L. Barton (EVANS, Ga.)

EVANS, Ga. - Mr. Gregory "Greg" L. Barton, 55, beloved husband of Paula Hauschild Barton passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2009. Memorial Services will be held 11:00 AM, Monday, February 23, 2009 at Christ the King Lutheran Church with Rev. David Keener officiating. Mr. Barton was the director of Masters Housing with the Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce. He was formerly employed by Champions Retreat Golf Club, The Augusta National Golf Club and US Food Service (PYA Monarch). Mr. Barton was a graduate of Butler High School and Georgia Southern University. In addition to his wife, Mr. Barton is also survived by his daughter, Michelle Elyse Barton of Evans; two stepsons, Scott and Matt Reichel of Aurora, Colorado; one sister, Donna Marie (Davie) Barton - Wigginton of Augusta; one brother, Ronald (Linda) Mitchum of Monks Corner, SC; three nephews, Davie D.L. Wigginton, Ron Mitchum and Jonathan Mitchum; and one niece, Michelle Mitchum Smith.
