AUGUSTA, Ga. - Funeral services for Mr. Kevin Tanksley, who entered into rest on February 2, 2009, will be conducted this Friday, February 6, 2009 at 11a.m. at Good Hope Baptist Church with Reverend J.R. Hatney officiating. Interment will be in Southview Cemetery. He leaves to carry on his legacy: his mother, Cheryl Tanksley Grant; father, Kalvin Grant; two daughters, Zaniaa and Zoey Tanksley (children's mother, Andrea Wallace); five sisters, Tammy (William) Ryans, Lakiesha Sharpton, Rodsheda Grant, Latoya Grant, and Lashonda Grant; maternal grandparents, Hattie and Clarence Tanksley; paternal grandparents, Lula and Richard Geter and Houston Grant, Sr.; devoted friend, Latasha Watkins; and a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, and close friends.
