Savannah Michelle Seman

AUGUSTA - Holly Michelle Welch and Isaac Seman, both of Martinez, Ga., are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Savannah Michelle Seman, born December 24, 2008 at Doctors Hospital in Augusta. She made her debut at 9:39 p.m., weighed 7lbs, 3 oz and was 20 inches long. Proud grandparents are Wanda Mock of Augusta, Wade Welch of Beech Island, S.C., Becky Seman and the late Steve Seman, both of Martinez.
