Eddie Dean Skinner (THOMSON, Ga.)

THOMSON, Ga. - Eddie Dean Skinner, Jr., 22, of Marshall Church Rd., entered into rest Tuesday, January 20, 2009. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 24, at 11:00 AM, from the chapel of Chance & Hydrick Funeral Directors. Pastor Greg Bentley will officiate. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Mr. Skinner attended Salem Road Baptist Church. Survivors include his parents, Eddie Dean and Darlene Gault Skinner, of Thomson; sister and brother in law, Melissa and Hunter Edison III, Hephzibah; paternal grandparents, Eddie S. and Patricia Skinner, Augusta; maternal grandparents, Carol and John Phillips, Martinez; maternal grandmother, Janice Gault, Augusta; uncle, Tim Gault, Martinez, and nephews, Cole Edison and Hunter Edison IV, both of Hephzibah. Pallbearers will be Hunter Edison, Kevin Bevill, Tim Gault, Tyler Bryant, Dustin Tabor, and Stacie Hand. The family will receive friends from 9 AM until the hour of the service, this Saturday, January 24, at the funeral home.
