DEARING, Ga. - Mr. Edward Herman Phillips, 81, of Dearing, GA, entered into rest January 21, 2009. Mr. Phillips was born in Wrightsville, GA and was the son of the late Frank Phillips and the late Mary Pilgrim Phillips. He served in the U. S. Army during WW II and was retired as a truck driver.
