AUGUSTA, Ga. - Gail B. Kelly, 60, entered into rest Sunday, January 18, 2009. Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, January 22, 2009 at Lumpkin Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home with the Reverend Jerry Wilson officiating and visitation after the service. In addition to her loving husband, Richard Kelly, and her mother Lottie Blackburn, she is survived by her two sons, Mark Kelly and Gary (Catina) Kelly and six wonderful grandchildren.
