GIBSON, Ga. - Mrs. Sara Kitchens Harrell, 87, wife of the late Mr. John Mack Harrell, entered into rest Friday, Jan. 16, 2009, at the Keysville Nursing Home, Keysville, Ga. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, at the Sheppard Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Greg Glover officiating. Interment will be in Mill Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Mitchell, Ga. Mrs. Sara was a native of Glascock Co., and she taught school for 42 years in the Glascock Co. School System and a member of Gibson U.M.C. She is survived by her daughter, Vickie Harrell Clark and her husband, Jack, of Hephzibah, Ga.; two grandchildren, Harrell and Caroline Clark; one sister, Mrs. Annie Laura Thompson and her son, Ricky of Augusta; and four granddogs. Pallbearers are: Judson Williams, Jerry Grice, Kim Williams, Dwayne Milburn, Tony Newsome, and Bennett Clark. The family will receive friends today from 2-4 p.m. at the funeral home. Friends may also meet at the residence of Tony & Donna Newsome, 664 Calhoun St., Gibson. Memorials may be made to the Hopefull Baptist Church, Building Fund, P.O.
