OJAI, Calif. - It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved George who passed peacefully at his home, January 9, 2009 with his devoted family at his bedside, after a courageous two year battle with cancer. The graveside service will be held Monday, January 19, 2009, at 2:00 P.M. in Pineview Memorial Park. George was born August 6, 1946, in San Diego, CA. He became a Real Estate Broker in 1973. His passion was Real Estate and helping others, he touched may lives in his short time here with us. He loved family, friends, movies, Las Vegas trips, billiards, cars, sports, BBQ ribs and being with family and friends who loved him. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his wife, Sherry Ryan; three sons, Robert Ryan, George Synan and Dwight Synan; a stepdaughter, Sabrina Tatum; his father, George F. Ryan, Jr.; four sisters, Cheryl Seamon, Carole Maciel, Pat Emerson and Aurilla Mitchell; a brother, Chris Ryan and 5 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother Clara Burton and a brother Ralph Ryan. Pallbearers will be Joe Seamon, Sr., Joe Seamon, Jr., Bobby Burton, Arnel Holmes, Leroy Holmes, Charles Kemp.
