AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Ann Lambert, 75, devoted wife of 48 years to Rupert W. Lambert, entered into rest on Friday, January 16th, at her residence. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 19, 2009 at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, located at 2524 Lumpkin Road, Augusta, GA 30906, with Denise Morgan officiating. Mrs. Lambert was born in Czechoslovakia, November 10, 1933. In addition to her husband, survivors include four daughters, Alyne Hallman of Columbia, Shirley Chase of Claxton, Linda Cartledge of Augusta, Brenda Park of Columbia and one son Chris Lambert of Augusta, along with seven grandchildren. Ann was retired from the Kendall Corporation after 20 years, in Augusta. She was a loving wife and mother, great friend and co-worker. She enjoyed cooking, doll collecting and her dogs. She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends. The family will receive friends Monday, January 19, 2009 from 4p.m. to 6p.m. at the funeral home.
