Albert Lee (EDGEFIELD, S.C.)

EDGEFIELD, S.C. - Mr. Albert Lee, Jr., 76, of Marigold St., entered into rest January 16, 2009 at Edgefield County Hospital. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Mr. Lee, a native of Edgefield County, was a member of Republican Grove Baptist Church, where he served as chairman of the deacon ministry. Survivors include his wife, Josephine C. Lee, Edgefield, S.C.; three daughters, Irene Andrews and Janice (Willie) Turner, Edgefield, S.C.; and Vanessa (Vernon) Evans, Augusta, Ga.; two sons, Jimmie (Janice) Lee, North Augusta, S.C. and Willie J. (Adrianne) Lee, Ft. Washington, Md.; three sisters, Catherine (Johnnie) Cheatham, Aiken, S.C., Mary E. (Doc) Cumming, Edgewood, Fla.; and Dorothy Perry, Edgefield, S.C.; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a host of relatives and friends. Friends may call at the residence. G.L.
