AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Beaulah Mae Bennett of Brunswick Avenue entered into rest Wednesday, January 7, 2008 at the Doctors Hospital. Funeral service will be held Monday, January 12, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Williams Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Benjamin Small officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park. She was a native of Burke County, Ga., and worked as a Seamstress in the Old Fort Gordon Arena. Survivors are her husband, Thomas Judson Bennett; four sons, Ronnie (Nancy) Beard, Maxmillian (Phyllis) Bennett, Fernando Bennett and Maurice Bennett; uncle, Wade (Betty Ann) Bailey; five grandchildren, Brianna Bennett, Maurice Bennett, Jr., Elizabeth Beard, Kimberleigh Beard, Rohn Beard; cousins, Henrietta Jakes, Kenneth Jakes, Yvette Smith; devoted friends, Jake and Dorothy McKie.
