AUGUSTA, Ga.- Jamar Desmone Wright entered into rest Sunday, January 4, 2009. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 10, 2009 at 12:00 Noon, from the chapel of Chance & Hydrick Funeral Directors. Interment will follow in Walker Memorial Park. Mr. Wright was born in Richmond County and the son of the late Shelita Wright. He was a member of the Universal Brotherhood, a Mason and a student at Augusta State University. Survivors include a devoted friend, Latoya Burns; his son; Jamar Burns; his daughter, Jamaya Burns; his sisters, Jasmine Wright and Jaquita Wright; his maternal grandmother, Alberta Adams; aunts, Regina Wright, Chiquita Bennefield; uncles, Javarius Bennefield and Richard Johnson; and nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, all of Augusta.
