Co-owner David David, a former general manager of Kobe Japanese Steak & Seafood House in Aiken, said the restaurant will have a full bar, seat about 90 and be open for lunch and dinner.
The menu will include teppanyaki-style ribeye and sirloin steaks, shrimp and sashimi-grade salmon, tuna and red snapper served with vegetables and rice and more than a dozen sides.
Lunch will be served 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Dinner hours are 4:30-10 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 4-11 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
