Harold Smith (MODOC, S.C.)

MODOC, S.C. - Mr. Harold Smith, 65, of Flat Rock Rd., died Sunday, January 4 at the Medical College of Georgia. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 6 at 6 p.m. at Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home. Mr. Smith, a native of Edgefield, was the son of the late John A. and Nellia Doolittle Smith and was a retired truck driver for several logging companies. Survivors include one son, Randy (Melanie) Smith, Edgefield; one daughter, Audra (Jeff) Bedenbaugh, Modoc; six grandchildren, Kevin, Kyle, Jacob, Olivia, Matthew, Jared; six sisters, Lena Turner, Myrtle Beach, Edna Clark, Ninety Six, Joyce Insley, Langley, Ruth Gallaway, Workman Riley, Marion Morrow, both of Edgefield; and a loving companion, Geraldine 'Jello' Haynes.
