AUGUSTA, Ga. - 'I once was lost, but now I'm found,' Ruth L. Brown, 81, entered into the outstretched arms of God and reunited with her beloved husband, Henry on December 31, 2008 at the University Hospital; her family shall rejoice. Ruth was a member of the Historic Tabernacle Baptist Church, Augusta, Ga., with Rev. Charles E. Goodman, Jr. as Pastor-Teacher. Homegoing Celebration will take place at the Metropolitan Baptist Church, 13110 14th St., Detroit, Michigan. Ruth will be lovingly remembered and cherished by her family: children, Dennis Brown, Denise Brown, East Pointe, Mich., Debra (Ronie) Spencer, Michael Brown, Augusta, Linda Brown, Ypsilanti, Mich., Kimberly Johnson, Detroit, Mich.; step- son, Ernest (Evelyn) Brown, Chicago, Ill.; daughters-in-law, Tanya Brown, Columbia, Md., Debbie Anderson Brown, East Lansing, Mich.; caregiver and friend, Katrina Hollis, Augusta; 14 grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends. Family members welcoming her to heaven, in addition to her husband Henry, are her sons, Allen and Anthony; her parents, Alice Hutcherson and Rev.
