AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest Sunday, December 28, 2008, Mr. Billy E. Riggins, age 70 husband of Mrs. Betty J. Riggins. Mr. Riggins was of the Baptist faith and he retired in 1999 as a mechanic. Family members in addition to his wife include daughters: Robin Howard and husband James, Kimberly Newcomb and husband Michael, and Patricia Miller and husband Glenn; grandchildren: Jamie L. Howard, Kaitlyn Miller, Stephanie Newcomb, and Jennifer Stewart and husband Preston; great grandsons: Zachary Miller and Tristan Miller. He will also be missed by his four footed companions Tippie and Lu Lu. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, December 31, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Westover Memorial Park with Rev.
