    AUGUSTA- Madlen and Tony Chavous of Augusta are pleased to announce the birth of their son, Carter Alexander Chavous, born December 2, 2008 at University Hospital in Augusta. He made his debut at 2:58 p.m., weighed 8lbs, 4 oz and was 20 inches long. Proud grandparents are Les and Anya Galazka of Trenton, S.C. and Mark and Angela Chavous of Augusta.
