Thanks to all the volunteers,

Thanks to all the volunteers, young and old! I especially like seeing the younger folks helping out. They are positive role models for their generation.

sargent you make me sick! get

sargent you make me sick! get a life! not everyone that is homeless is a druggie. you are pathetic! people young and old are always needing a helping hand or just a friendly conversation. im sure at one point in your life you were needing help. christmas is about giving not receiving. you would rather support crackheads that supply the neighborhoods than help out at a shelter to get the "druggies" a helping hand to start over. everyone deserves a second chance. people like you are exactly what we dont need in our community. your negativity and trash talking in almost every story is not needed. if you dont have anything positive to say then keep your mouth shut. one day your negativity is going to catch up with you. who are you to judge people? only God can judge. grow up and get a life. im sure you are twice my age and it seems to me that i have more maturity than you. once again you make me sick!!! as for all the volunteers-keep it up! your help and support dont go unnoticed. thank you for doing what yall do.

lucki_ducki02 ...I speak for

lucki_ducki02 ...I speak for many people and our message is getting through. We are cleaning up this neighbourhood with the help of the sheriffs department. One day maybe a StarBucks will be where Mercy Ministries used to blight our dignified historic neighbourhood. This is most positive. Make Harrisburg better not blighted!

Crack heads are like rattle

Crack heads are like rattle shakes. No one wants them in any neighborhood. They can't recover until they hit rock bottom and these charaties enable them to keep being addicted.

sargent-dont you realize that

sargent-dont you realize that helping the homeless get back on thier feet IS part of cleaning up our neighborhoods? Trust me these streets arent nowhere near as bad as alantas or where im originally from in houston texas. Give people a chance. as for starbucks you really need to grow up. we are here to clean up and fix things. fancy cafes and restaurants wont do that. its like spraying airfreshner over rotten trash-it may smell ok for a little bit but the problem is still there. not every homeless person is a crack head as you keep saying. you will never know till you actually speak to a few of them. pride is what keeps alot of them there. they have too muh pride to ask for help so they do things on thier own. trust me i know a snake when i see one and you are a king cobra! your negativity and pestimism is a killer venom. you smirk and laugh behind a computer but i guarantee if you said half as much to the faces of the homeless or "druggies" you would be singing a different tune. dont preach to me about YOU cleaning up the streets after u were defending the blackpanther bs. i probably wont see you do anything to help pick up the trash or help the homeless start over. now will i?
