While this may be neat I have to ask the question of WHY????? We are still in a drought and are wasting water running sprinklers in the WINTER!!!!!!! Let me see here dormant grass does not grow, water purification costs, pumping costs, electricity wasted.No wonder the city is short of money in the public works budget!!!!

Why are the city's sprinklers on during a time when we have had plenty of rain? Mine aren't. Their rates must be better than mine.
