AIKEN, S.C. - Mr. Jessie J. Johnson, 91, of 159 Hitchcock Rd., entered into rest December 20, 2008 at his residence. Funeral arrangements will be announced. Mr. Johnson was a member of Montmorenci Baptist Church and was a member of the Men's Chorus. Survivors include his daughter, Mary (LeVern) Lawton, Aiken; one sister, Estelle Cook, North Augusta; one brother, Jerry (Lillie Bell) Johnson, Philadelphia, Pa.; 27 grandchildren; 64 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives.
