RAVE TO THE MCDONALD'S in Evans by the Publix. It is the cleanest one I've been to since 1979.

RANT TO THE CHRONICLE for no longer printing the ECHL standings. Just because the Lynx are gone, doesn't mean we aren't interested in hockey at all.

I HAVE A RAVE for the sweet woman who paid for the lunches of the Fort Gordon soldiers who were eating lunch at the Pizza Joint last Sunday afternoon. I'm sure the bill was over $100, but she didn't even tell us that she had paid the tab. All the soldiers appreciated it very much.

I THINK THE BAILOUT is a bad idea. The taxpayers should be getting the bailout. We are the ones who need to spend the money to boost the economy.

DON'T WORRY, OBAMA, someone will throw some boots at you!

SHAME ON ANY idiot who threw things at police officers and firefighters. If you don't want anyone in your neighborhood to be hurt by police officers, teach them to stop intentionally ramming into police cars! Police and fire fighters put their lives on the line for people of all colors every day, they deserve our love and respect!

IF MR. ELMORE was innocent, why did he try to flee the area? And if the Cherry Tree Crossing community has no respect for the fire department next time it has a fire there, just let it burn.

TO THE PARENTS OF the 16-year-old girl that was shot at a night club: shame on you!

IT SNOWED DEC. 11 in Mississippi. It hasn't snowed that early in Mississippi since the 1800s. That's the global "warming" the politicians are trying to con us with.

IT IS A SAD COMMENTARY on the times when law and order is no longer tolerated by the citizens of the community. I too applaud the professionalism displayed by the RCSD.

I JUST LOVE THESE days when the OBITS are empty!

I WOULD JUST LIKE TO RAVE about the manager at Firestone on Broad Street for expressing a random act of kindness by extending to me a warranty on my flat tire.

RAVES TO ALL the Savannah River Site employees, SRS organizations, contractors and building trades, who donated unwrapped toys, an estimated 11,836 toys and $15,900 cash during the site's 18th annual Toys for Tots Drive.
