AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. Ruben Edward Johnson, Sr., entered into rest December 9, 2008, at his residence. He leaves to treasure his memory: three sons, Jonathan (Kimberly) Johnson, Ruben (Tiffany) Johnson, Jr., Ricarlos Butler, all of Augusta, Ga.; three siblings, James (Velma) Johnson, Jimmie Lee Johnson, Sr., and Andrea Mitchell; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other loved ones. A private memorial will be held by the family.
