MILLEN, Ga. - DeWayne William (Buzz) Herrmann, age 59, died Wednesday, December 17, 2008. He was born in Jenkins County, a retired mobile home sales person, and a U. S. Army veteran of Viet Nam. Mr. Herrmann was also a member of the Veteran of Foreign Wars and Oak Hill Baptist Church. Funeral Services will be 11:00 am Friday at the Oak Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Jamie Archer officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Survivors include his three sons, Dereck (Julie) Herrmann and Dee Herrmann both of Millen, and Todd (Dana) Cowart of Athens; his mother, Runettee L. Herrmann of Millen; a brother, Gary (Shirley) Herrmann of Millen; former spouse, Debra Herrmann; four grandchildren, Austin Herrmann, Maggie, Copeland, and Cash Cowart. Active Pallbearers will be Reynolds Daughtry, Ronald Adams, Jerry Dailey, Don Brinson, Charlie Dempsey, David Thompson, and Ollie Moore.
