HUGE RAVE for the ladies working at the Krystal on Walton Way. I went there around 9:45 a.m. and had to wait 16 minutes for my order. But because of great customer service by Peaches, Tammy and the lady who took my order (who was wearing a Santa hat!) I left there feeling good. They apologized profusely, were very nice and refunded my money. Customer service goes a long way. Had they not been so nice and pleasant, I would not have ever gone there again, but because of them, will continue to patron the Krystal on Walton Way.
RAVE FOR ALL those voters that stood in line for hours so they could vote early! Please do it again at the next general election. I waited until Nov. 4 to vote, and it took me 15 minutes.
THE COLUMBIA COUNTY Humane Society is a joke.
I AGREE SARAH PALIN should run for president in 2012. That will surely guarantee that my President Barack Obama will serve two terms in the White House.
RANT FOR THE construction companies responsible for the road work on I-20 between River Watch and Washington Road exits.
A MAJOR RAVE for Tim at Durden's Barber Shop! You give great hair cuts at great prices.
A HUGE RAVE to the person who purchased my breakfast at McDonald's. You made my day! Merry Christmas to you, too!
ON THE NEWS STATIONS every day they have the same old hairstyle. I know they don't come on there to entertain, but people just expect them to look real nice. Sometimes one of the CBS reporters has hair all bushy up on her head. They need to look in the mirror and comb their hair before they come on air. On WJBF one of the women wears low-cut dresses. People need to dress appropriately for the job. People looking at the news just expect more of them.
A CHARLESTON POLICE officer tasers somebody and gets suspended with pay. Isn't that the same thing as a paid vacation? Sounds like a good deal to me.
I WOULD LIKE to know what the difference is in the statistics with regard to viewing pornography now that it is readily available in minutes or even seconds on the Internet?
I JUST WANTED TO SAY I'm a 67-year-old disabled Marine. I've seen a lot of stuff in my life, but I saw a show on TV called Secret Millionaire, and it touched my heart more than anything in my life experience. God bless these people.
