WAYNESBORO, Ga. - Funeral services for Baby Charles Rackins, Jr., who entered into rest on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008, were held Thursday, Dec. 11, 2008, 11 a.m., at Phinazee and Son Chapel with Rev.
