Mary B. Young (THOMSON, Ga.)

THOMSON, Ga. - Mrs. Mary B. Young, 84, widow of Mr. Harold C. Young, of Cedar Rock Road, died Monday, December 8, 2008 in The Place At Martinez. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 10, in the Curtis Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kenneth Garvin officiating. Burial will be in the Westview Cemetery. Mrs. Young was a native of Anniston, Alabama, but had lived in Thomson for many years. She was retired from the Thomson Company and was a member of the Sweetwater Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Mrs. Tappy Montgomery, Augusta; her son, Mr. Harold E. 'Skip' Young, Peachtree City, Ga.; four grandchildren and two great- grandchildren.
