A Clearwater mother wants a happy Christmas for her family.
"I have been out of work since July," she writes, "and I don't have anyone to watch my children.
"My husband is disabled. He has been assigned a nurse who comes to the house two hours a day to help him with bathing and other things. Otherwise, I have to help him.
"I have two children who also have disabilities."
She has turned to The Augusta Chronicle's Empty Stocking Fund, which has helped people in need for 78 years.
Last year, the charity raised a record-breaking $123,000, which went to more than 1,776 families.
