CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Jamie and Spencer Teal of Concord, N.C. are pleased to announce the birth of their son, Austin Spencer Teal, born October 24, 2008 at Carolinas Medical Center-University, Charlotte, N.C. He made his debut at 9:58 p.m., weighed 8lbs, 6 oz and was 21 inches long.
